Knowledge Base evidence is kept separate from monitoring evidence
Monitoring data tells the pilot what is happening. Internal documentation tells it how your organization normally handles it. The AI may only cite documents that are enabled here — it never invents an internal SOP, and it states “No matching internal runbook was found.” when nothing relevant exists. No automatic infrastructure remediation is performed.
